Welcome! I’m Starkeila Dixon, a certified educator with more than 20 years of experience helping students and teachers achieve meaningful academic growth. Throughout my career, I’ve taught learners of all ages, from elementary students to adults, and I’ve seen first-hand how the right guidance and tools can transform the learning experience.
I founded Starkeila Dixon Consulting, LLC to provide educators with practical support, high-quality resources, and clear, effective strategies that truly make a difference in the classroom. My mission is to empower teachers, strengthen instructional practices, and help students build strong academic foundations through structured, impactful learning solutions.
My expertise includes curriculum design, instructional coaching, digital learning tools, test-prep strategies, and course development for educators. Whether I’m creating a training, designing a digital resource, or working one-on-one with a teacher, my goal is always the same: to make teaching more effective, efficient, and enjoyable.
When I’m not supporting educators, you can find me spending time with family and friends, traveling, or creating new curriculum ideas that inspire learning.
